How to check channel availability

Last update: 16.06.2026

When generating campaigns for channel-based partners, you may get the ‘No free channels’ error message:

Here is how you can see if there are any channels available to create new ad groups.

1 Go to Reports and run the Channel Revenue Report

2 Select the partner and the target website in the corresponding drop-down lists.

3 By default the date is set to today’s date, however, you may change it and select a larger date period, and click Load.

4 The report will display the number of available channels for the selected partner and the website. If there are no free channels, you will see the following notification:

5 The table below contains the list of your ad groups created earlier.

The system allows you to clear the occupied channels and re-use them in new ad groups.

For your convenience, you may sort the ad groups list by revenue, from low to high. Then you can select the groups with the lowest income and hit the Clear Channel button to release a channel.

However, do not clear channels for recently created campaigns as they may still grow on revenue. If you have some old campaigns (for example, older than 30 days) with almost zero earnings, feel free to clear them and create new campaigns.
